Meet Our RCIC
My name is Femi Osanife, and I work with CanaMigrate as their leading RCIC. In addition to this i am the founder of Global Connect Immigration Services, based in Calgary, Alberta. I have over 37 years of experience as a lawyer and Immigration Consultant. I have a BA (Hons) in Politics from Lancaster University, United Kingdom(1982), An LLB (Hons) from the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom (1985) and later on I was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986 and practiced law from 1986 – 2010 in Nigeria. I received my license as an Immigration Consultant (Hons), from Humber College, Ontario, Canada in 2013 and set up my Immigration practice in the same year.
I am very passionate about education, trends in global education and the future of education in emerging markets that I have contributed extensively to the betterment of. I bring a broad understanding of the global education discourse.

The number of permanent residency (PR) points you need will depend on the Express Entry draw CRS cut-off score. This is because every 2 weeks cut-off scores are allocated based on the average score of the applicants currently in the draw. Therefore if other applicants in your draw pool have very low scores you may only need about 400 CRS points to get an invitation to apply for permanent residency. A good score would be to have between 450 and 550 CRS points in a normal draw and at least 750 and up for a provincial nomination draw.
This depends on your individual situation and needs. Candian immigration can become very complicated and there is often a lot that many don’t know, that only trained professionals are aware of. Using an immigration professional may cost more financially, but will save you in time and possibly money should your visa get rejected or delayed for any reason.
